Submitting your information for a Notice to Owner has never been easier. As a member of SACM you receive a user name and an access code for logging in to the member area of the website. This access code allows you to submit your Notice To Owner requests, check the status of notices, print copies of notices (for your records) and fill out forms such as lien releases, claims of lien, notice of non-payment and many more time saving forms!

Four simple steps for online submission of your Notice to Owner request.

1. From SACM's home page follow the  login link for Florida and type your access code.
2. Click on the NTO Request button in the "NOTICE TO OWNER" section of the page.
3. Fill out the form.
4. Click on the submit button. (All notices received will be entered in to our system and issued a log number.)

To check on the status of a request

1. Login using your company's user name and password.
2. Click on the Notice To Owner Tracking link Under the "Reports" heading, click on the link for "Notice To Owner History Tracking".
3. From the search screen you have several options available to search for your specific Notice to Owner. You can search by date or a range of dates, your reference number used when you requested the Notice to Owner, customer name, or by job description.
4. Click on the Start button so the web browser will begin the search for matching records.
5. Next you should see a list of your entire request for items that match your search criteria. Look for the column SENT. This is where you will see if the item is open, cancelled or if you see a date it means that was the date your NTO was mailed out.
